Writing copy for radio and television news (as well as for Public Relations broadcasts) is both more difficult than is seems an easier than it looks. To become a good broadcast writer, you must write on a regular basis and listen analytically to the broadcast reports of others. When you do, you will realize there are essential basics to writing good broadcast copy.
